This notice describes the information practices of HubX and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and brands (collectively “We” or “HubX”) as it relates to www.hubx.com (“Site(s)”), which is an electronic commerce platform predominantly used by business entities to facilitate electronic commerce and such business use does not generally involve the collection of personal information of individuals. This Privacy Policy applies equally to mobile websites and mobile applications.

We collect personally identifiable and transactional information provided by customers and Site visitors that purchase products from that Site. The type of information we collect includes things such as pages, information and advertisements viewed as well as what items are placed in a shopping basket or purchased, the order number, the amount of a purchase, the product number and the quantity purchased. Security Measures

We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. For registered users of the Sites, your registration information and account information (if any) can be viewed and edited through your account, which is protected by a password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your log-in information (e.g., user ID and password) on that shared computer. The Sites are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States and by using the Sites/giving your information, you consent to such transfer, and understand that the U.S. may not provide the same level of protections as the laws of your country.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated by us posting an amended and restated Privacy Policy on the Sites. Once posted on the Sites the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately.
